KENNETH C. CLINTON, LLS / PLS

President/ Chief of Survey

Mr. Clinton applies over twenty years of surveying experience to his positions of President and Chief of Survey at Meridian. In addition to his business management duties, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Survey Operations, and is primarily involved with project proposals, contract negotiations, marketing, boundary & plan review, and survey personnel management. Mr. Clinton also continues to manage land use, development and construction related projects, coordinating field & office work, state & federal permitting, and representing clients before municipal boards & state agencies.

JOHN A. HEAVISIDES, P. E.

Vice President / Chief Engineer

Mr. Heavisides is Chief Engineer at Meridian Land Services, Inc., responsible for all engineering aspects of commercial, industrial, residential and institutional projects. His work includes supervision of engineering and design staff, as well as all phases of the design and development of a project, from the preparation of conceptual plans to final site and subdivision engineering plans and reports, including presentations before municipal and state officials. As Chief Engineer, Mr. Heavisides is also responsible for maintaining engineering quality within the corporation. Mr. Heavisides has been involved in the engineering/surveying fields since 1985.

THOMAS E. CARR, C.S.S., C.W.S.

Treasurer / Environmental Dept. Manager 
Mr. Carr is both a Soil Scientist and a Wetland Scientist with Meridian Land Services, Inc., with over twenty years of experience mapping and delineating soil and wetland boundaries. He is responsible for soil maps produced according to both Natural Cooperative Soil Survey standards and High Intensity Soil mapping standards for New Hampshire. His experience also includes delineating jurisdictional wetland boundaries for applications submitted to the New Hampshire Wetlands Bureau. He is also a subsurface disposal system designer with over twenty-three years’ experience designing residential and commercial systems and in obtaining state and local approvals for construction of the designed systems.

PEPPER J. BECHARD

Accounting Manager

Ms. Bechard has been with Meridian since 2003 and accepted the position of Accounting Manager in 2009. She is in charge of financial activities for the company including day to day processing, as well as monthly closings and yearly reviews. She is also responsible for employee benefit administration and management of accounting and administrative staff. She has been in the accounting industry since 1993 and holds a degree in Accounting from Southern NH University.
