About the Project
Meridian Land Services worked with the client/owner S & E Amherst, LLC to provide comprehensive site/civil engineering, land surveying, wetland delineation, soil mapping, local/state permitting and construction services for Amherst Subaru in Amherst, NH.
The project involved the redevelopment of two commercial parcels along NH Route 101A into a state-of-the-art car dealership center. The project consisted of a 25,564 square foot automobile dealership and service building, as well as almost 400 parking spaces, site access aisles, associated utility connections and stormwater control measures.
Construction began in the Fall of 2023 and concluded in the Summer of 2024. Meridian worked in tandem with the General Contractor Construction Management & Builders, Inc. along with their Site Contractor Leighton A. White, Inc. to get the site completed and ready for a late summer grand opening.
